Crock pot potatoes augratin

I found this recipe on the internet and want to share it with you, because it really was tasty.
 Ingredients:
4 cups chopped potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups chopped ham
Mix these items and put in the crock pot.
Important: Use a crock pot liner - you definitely need it for this recipe.
Cover with 3/4 cup of shredded cheese.
(Okay, I used more - 3/4 cup?  Really?)
Cover with 1 can of cream of chicken soup (mixed with 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 tsp yellow mustard, and 1 tsp. parsley flakes)
Cook on low for 8 hours.
My thought?  I think it could cook a little less time - maybe 6 hours.
It was good and extremely easy.  Give it a try.

Hi Jean. Can you tell me what a crock pot liner is. I never heard of these liners before. I want to try this recipe but don't want to chip it out of the crock!

You can find them at Walmart. They are with the plastic wraps, turkey bags, etc. They are plastic bags you place inside the crock pot and then fill them with food. They don't melt! I will probably always use them, except for soup. Clean up is a total snap!

Thx, Jean. Never heard of them but if it means I don't have to try and lift that heavy pot to wash....YAY!!!

Hi Jean ~ I am catching up on blog reading today and came across this post. I'm pinning this for my future reference! My family would LOVE this. My SIL uses the crock-pot liners and swears by them!

Thanks for sharing. :o)
