I think the countryside is absolutely beautiful!
The photo below is a pastry - in a shop window.
They make a type of jewelry in the Toledo area - Damascene jewelry.
It is a mixture of metals.
What I loved about this picture is the magnifying glass.
My parents had a couple of these and used them quite frequently.
A nostalgic moment.
We stopped for lunch and ordered "stuffed potatoes."
It was really good - corn, ham olives, cheese, sauce.
All though Spain, we came across pastry and chocolate shops.
Hard to pass them up.
This happens to be a marzipan shop.
Chocolate...
